The Challenges
Firstly, one of the problems to solve was improving the visibility of their early learning center. This was due to the presence of numerous competing early learning centers in the local area, making it difficult to stand out in search engine rankings.
Additionally, the synagogue was mainly only ranking for queries directly related to their brand name, meaning they were virtually invisible to potential new visitors searching for more general terms like “synagogue near me” or “early learning programs.”

Moreover, conversions were highly successful, with an 833% year-over-year increase in leads from digital advertising, despite being during the off-season. Surprisingly, the cost-per-click for Facebook and Instagram ads was low, resulting in overall leads being acquired at 64% less than the previous year.
The Results
The execution of the SEO strategy delivered outstanding results. Shortly after optimization, page rankings for targeted keywords increased by 47%, providing an immediate boost in visibility, and over the next five months, their page rankings for focused keywords improved by a total of 88%. This placed most of their targeted keywords at an average position of 5.5 on Google, which helped them improve KPI metrics across the board.
Regarding the early learning center, an initial significant challenge due to local competition, saw the most substantial improvements. This success was driven by strategically crafted content and local SEO enhancements that positioned the center as a top choice for parents in the area.
